Check the belt and chain
If the belt is too loose, it will cause insufficient power transmission and affect the processing speed of the equipment; If the chain is too loose, there may be tooth skipping, which affects the accuracy of the equipment.
At the same time, check the wear of the belt and chain.
Check if the belt has cracks, if the wear exceeds the specified limit, and if the chain links are loose or severely worn.
If any problems are found, they should be replaced in a timely manner.
2 Lubrication and fastening
High quality lubricating grease can generally be used and lubricated every certain working time (such as every 100-150 hours).
Check if the connecting screws of the transmission components are loose, including the connecting screws between the motor and the transmission device, as well as the screws inside the transmission device.
If there is looseness, appropriate tools should be used to tighten it in a timely manner to ensure the stability of the transmission system.
