Coolant system
If the liquid level is too low, coolant should be added in a timely manner.
At the same time, check the quality of the coolant, such as whether the color is normal and whether there is any odor.
If the coolant deteriorates, it should be replaced in a timely manner.
Regularly (e.g. every three months) clean the coolant tank and cooling pipes.
Special coolant cleaner can be used, and after cleaning, rinse with clean water to prevent residue of the cleaner.
At the same time, check the working condition of the cooling pump to ensure that the coolant can circulate normally.
lubrication system
If the liquid level is too low, it should be added in a timely manner; If the oil quality deteriorates, such as turbidity, discoloration, or impurities, the lubricating oil should be replaced in a timely manner.
Different types of lubricating oil may be required for different parts of the equipment, and should be selected according to the requirements of the equipment manual.
Check whether the oil pipes, oil pumps, and other components of the lubrication system are blocked or leaking.
It can be checked by observing whether the oil pipe is deformed and whether there is any abnormal sound during the operation of the oil pump.
If there are any problems, they should be cleaned or replaced in a timely manner.
